As a dental student, I have always wanted to contribute to the society by volunteering and helping those people in need of our help. Therefore, I decided to go for a volunteering experience in Pokhara, Nepal this summer. I hope to raise awareness of the significance of good oral hygiene among public and teach the local people on how to brush their teeth in Nepal. Nevertheless, the cost for this whole trip is estimated to be at least £2500. This is too steep for a student and any help from you will be very much appreciated.
