    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

The Piam Brown Ward is the Regional Paediatric Oncology and Haematology Unit. it is based on the top floor of Southampton general Hospital. Children come from as far afield as Chichester, Brighton, Portsmouth, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Dorchester, Basingstoke besides Bournemouth, Poole, Eastleigh and Fareham. They look after children from a day old to 18 years of age so demand on the resources is huge. They treat all types of cancer of which leukaemia is the most common. They are run on charity support alone so need all the help they can get to keep up the excellent work they keep doing to support families and patients.

For the last few years myself and husband have been decorating our vw trike and dressing up in Christmas costums to help raise money and gifts for seriously ill children suffering with all types of cancer. This charity I hold dear in my heart.
