Shetlanders have been amazingly generous in response to an appeal for donations of food, clothes and essentials for families stranded in refugee camps. We're receiving more and more items but would like to raise funds to cover the costs of transporting this desperately needed aid to the people who need it.

This time, our donations are being sent to camps in Lebanon, Calais and Greece in partnership with ReAct Refugee Action Scotland.

Every person deserves access to shelter, food and warmth. This campaign is Shetland's way of helping to improve conditions for the people living in refugee camps.
