I've raised £500 to The National Association for the Blind Nursery - http://www.nabindia.org/nursery/ PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Here is a little background on the Nursery that has pulled on the heart strings of my family for the last three generations.
Mumbai, a city of 17 or 18 million... a city that never sleeps... In the suburb of Sion...
On the 4th Floor of Mata Lachmi Hospital is a Nursery for blind children. For 37 years, I have watched how the volunteers here have devoted their time to these children.
The Nursery is funded by donations and run by volunteers. No fund raisers on the street, no charity balls with entertainment.... nothing fancy.
Their faces light up at the sound of voices coming to visit. These children, aged 2 and half to 5, are by far the happiest I have met. They play gleefully with visiting children and adults, all of who tend to be blessed with their sight.
Simple, nutritious vegetarian meals for these little guys. Loving prepared; also by volunteers in the temple on the floor above They are grateful for the delicious food!
In more recent years, the children now have access to some sensory equipment and braille kits and I would love to support this organisation - simply by building awareness if nothing else.
Here is the link to their website http://www.nabindia.org/nursery/
I would be only too happy to tell you more about this WONDERFUL Organisation!
So please do support my cause by liking and sharing amongst your network! And if you can give up your barista coffee for one day and make a donation, I know it could make a real difference to the little guys!!
