This summer i have set myself a trio of challenges to help raise money for 5 year old Willis Gosling who is the son of our running club leader and suffers with Crohn’s disease. Me and lots of my running club friends are doing all we can to help raise vital funds to continue funding his steroid treatment and for his general health and well being. So this summer in the space of 3 weekends I will be challening myself by;

Running equivalent of an Ultra Marathon (at least 10 laps) at Manvers “Dusk Till Dawn” - a 12 hour running event from 6pm-6am running as many 5k laps as you choose through the night (headtorch at the ready!!)

A week later I will be competing in my first ever triathlon

Then a week later I will be testing my inner control freak by white water rafting!

So thats the triple challenge I’ve set myself!
