As some of my friends will know, for years I've been trying, and failing, to get into running. This year I tried again, and I've finally gotten myself to a point where I've caught the running bug, and I feel like I can do something relatively big, so I have decided to enter the Cardiff 10k to raise money for my store's Ronald McDonald House Charity targets. Our fundraising will go towards the upkeep of the new Ronald McDonald House at the University Hospital Wales in Cardiff - the house provides a place to stay close by (I think walking distance) for the families of children being treated at the Noah's Ark Children's Hosptial, and our efforts will help to keep the house open for these families.
