Bristol has a very poor network of 24 hour Community Public Access Defibrillators (CPADs). The shops in Hengrove Lane are an ideal site. I understand this assumption is correct as there have been 2 cardiac arrests in the vicinity in recent times. The target includes the defibrillator, a cabinet and fitting.
