Tony was a fantastic Husband, Dad, Brother, Uncle, Friend and of course a wonderful Grandad. Tony would do anything for his Grandchildren and would always want to share and support them in everything they did. He also knew from his own experiences that growing up is at times really tough for young people.

EHFM a local charity that was set up in memory of one of Istead Rise's local young people, Elliott Holmes. Elliott was a friend of Tony's grandchildren and EHFM was a charity very dear to him. The Fund raises money to improve the quality of young people’s mental health by assisting in relieving and rehabilitating young people suffering from emotional or mental distress and to save lives.

Tony always made a point of attending the EHFM charity football matches and fund raising events. He felt that supporting all young people as much as you could was an important thing and if you could do it whilst watching a charity football match with a beer in your hand then all the better!
