As you may know, Kelly Friel qualified 5th out of 19,000 competitors worldwide for The CrossFit Games 2018 in the Masters 40-44 category and will be competing in Madison, Wisconsin in August. This is undoubtedly the pinnacle of what any CrossFit athlete could dream of achieving and we’re extremely proud of her!
