Swim the Arctic 2023

Cold water swimming is known to have huge health benefits.

Steve and I are swimming the Arctic Circle to raise funds for the Isle of Wight Dementia Cafe, who provide invaluable support for people with Dementia & their families.
A 3k swim setting off at just before midnight on the 15th July 2023 swimming across the Arctic Circle and time zones, all being well, we shall arrive at the finish the day before we set off in a different country.

A big adventure for a great cause!

We are funding all costs to take part, travel etc ourselves - so all donations via this page will go in their entirety to Dementia Cafe.
