I've raised £1500 to "hold my hand " charity miscarriage, born sleeping and passing at early age bearevement and parent support

15th July 2018
This Is when I take on the most challenging & toughest event I have ever entered.
An Ironman
2.5🏊 112miles 🚴 26.6 miles 🏃
I hope to try and raise as much money possible for a charity that is very close to me.
The charity is
'Hold my hand'
Miscarriage and baby loss support.
Any donation would be very gratefully appreciated to this charity.
It will go towards supporting families affected from miscarriage, born sleeping and passed at an early age bearevement.
All funds raised will go towards a unique private residence that will help and support bearevement parents and families.
This is my friends story
"We're so happy to say that our charity 'Hold My Hand' has now started.
Its aim is to support parents going through the unfortunate pain of child loss.
Having gone through child loss ourselves, with our baby 'Amelia Rose' born sleeping at 38 weeks, the support we received was incredible. But We needed a get away from normal life to have much needed quiet time, to mourn and try to piece our lifes back together again. This just wasn't possible at the time and we want to allow the opportunity for parents to have this.
Wether your baby was miscarried, born sleeping or passed at an early age, or maybe you know somebody who has experienced this, all funds raised will help create a private and unique residence to offer much needed support and comfort through early bereavement. .
We want to raise enough to secure some private land and create a residential site which is to be designed around the needs of families to support and comfort through first stages of Grieving.
We can't find any residence in the UK that offers this and we would appreciate any support you can offer to make this dream become a reality and help so many families in future."
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Please if you can donate any amount, this would be gratefully appreciated.
