Team Mount Battens were formed to help a boy from Wickersley, called Sam, make lasting memories by raising money to complete a bucket list and offer additional support to the family. Sam has been diagnosed with Terminal Juvenile Battens, the disease is one of a group of disorders known as neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses (NCLs).
