We are raising money to support Cancer Research UK and to help provide Littleport Rangers Football Club with equipment etc to help support our local youths and young adults.

We will be running 3 miles every 3 hours for 30 hrs. We will start at 6am on Friday 23rd October 2026 and finish with the Littleport Park Run at 9am on Saturday 24th October.

There are two of us embarking on this -

I am running because I have faced cancer, and I survived. I know what it means to hear the word that changes everything, to feel fear, uncertainty, and pain, and to find strength I never knew I had. I am still here, and that alone is a reason to run.

I am running for my friends and family who have had, or are still fighting, cancer. For the ones who continue to battle every day with courage and hope. And for those we have lost — the warriors who fought with everything they had and are no longer with us. This run is for every single one of them.

Every mile, every breath, every step forward is a reminder that progress is possible. That together, through awareness, support, and determination, we can build a better world — one where no one has to face cancer alone, and one day, not at all.

I dedicate this run to everyone who has fought the battle against cancer, whether they won or lost. Your strength lives on. Your stories matter. And your fight inspires every step I take.

One day, we will be cancer free. Until then, I run — with hope, with purpose, and with all of you in my heart. 💛

I am running this for Littleport Rangers Football Club (LRFC). A club that is very close to my heart. I have been part of LRFC for 7yrs now. The club has always had the children community at its heart. They have provided a safe and enjoyable environment for the children to play football. I would like to raise money to support the club to get equipment needed and raise funds to secure their future.
