Story
Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge
Blackshaw Head is a rural village, located high on the Pennine moors between Hebden Bridge and Todmorden. It's a wonderful place to live and has a real sense of community.
Blackshaw Head Community Association (BHCA) is a group of local volunteers whose initial focus was to reduce the speed of traffic. In addition if you drive through you will see lots of planting (BHCA repurposed pallets to make planters) and in the next few weeks there are some new benches coming.
BHCA, rely on donations for all the work they do and would really like to add more amenities as well as support the Chapel in creating a community garden.
On Saturday 23rd May, Simon, Terry and Cameron from the village are doing the gruelling Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for BHCA.
Please support Simon, Terry and Cameron and the work of BHCA by making a donation.
