I am so happy to be able to tell you all that I completed the London to Paris ride in 21hrs! Your support and generosity has been outstanding! Able Hands Together will be able to buy their chicken shes outright and will have enough left over to investbin some Rhea birds or possibly goats! Now isn't that a good feeling?!

Thank you all for the words of encouragement! I spent much of yesterday evening packing and repacking the kit needed for the ride. Who'd have thought deliberating over how many wet wipes to take for the team, should they need them, would require so much thought! Here is a snap of me in training trying to fuel up at a stop.
