Story

We collect donations in the form of well-used, well-loved, unused or simply grown out of clothes, books, games, toys and products. We then send them to El Salvador and Sri Lanka to those most deserving and hope it brings some joy and happiness.

We are in need of second-hand clothes, toys, books, stationery and unwanted gifts, for families in El Salavador and Sri Lanka and we will be boxing them up and posting them ourselves each month. We aim to have an updated list of needed items each month via our colleagues in El Salvador and Sri Lanka, in the hope that we can help families in a unique and personal way.

The founder, Simon, holds this project very dear to his heart because, for those who don't know, he is a native of El Salvador and was born in 1990 in one of the most brutal civil wars known to that region. It is a life-long ambition to help the locals because he is a proud Salvadoran but now with the dream to help.

The relationship to Sri Lanka runs deep also, whereby he reached out to a good soul with a similar moral compass to help set up a language school in Kekirawa and helped create an extension platform of a charity called Good Deeds day Sri Lanka who involve local communities to work with vulnerable young people and families.

When you have a product you wish to donate, get in touch and we'll arrange how best to receive it. When we have enough donations we will then send a box over and one of our guys on the ground will pick it up and distribute it to those who need it. Where appropriate we will share pictures of your act of kindness.
