Single Parents Wellbeing CIC was set up by single parents for single parents. It is a proactive, positive and compassionate approach to being a single parent, our main focus is single parents wellbeing.

Single Parents often don't feel a part of a community, are mending a broken heart, struggling with mental health, living in poverty, experience isolation and loneliness, as well as carrying around the negative stigma attached to being a single parent. We offer many events, activities and an online presence that tackles all of these issues, we make sure there are things held on the weekends, as 68% of single parents work. These including walking for wellbeing, Wellbeing Workshops, podcasts, blogs, webinars etc.

So that we are able to sustain the volume of work that goes into SPW and beable to reach even more single parents we are offering a membership to single parents for £6 per year. Therefore, we would like to raise some money for people that aren't single parents and want to support us, people that want to offer it as a gift to someone they know or for other single parents to raise money for our growing community.
