Story
Aide Nepal Magnoac is supporting 26 orphans and abandoned children at the Sister Home in Dang. It costs just £27 a month to support each child; accommodation, food, clothing, education and health. The Sister Home children, girls and boys, range in age from 3 to 13 years and are educated at an English medium school which will give them a real chance in life. On my recent visit to the school the Headmaster told me the Sister Home children are diligent, polite and always produce top marks in tests and examinations.

Sayni Chaudhary established the Sister Home so that young people, with no family, could get the love, affection and education she lacked as a child. Most of the children are from the low caste Tharu ethnic group who live and work in the terai and forests of lower Nepal. Without Sayni's care these children, especially the girls, would face an uncertain and bleak future.
With your support these unfortunate young people can have a meaningful life and make a contribution to their community.
Thank you.

Roy Francis MM FRGS
My involvement with Nepal goes back to 1976 when I was a member of the joint British & Nepalese army Everest expedition. Having retired from the army I set up an adventure company taking youngsters trekking and mountaineering in Nepal.
