SENTUHAN KASIH CHARITY RUN

Marak Parak National School is a primary school located in the district of the Kota Marudu, Sabah.

The school has nearly 500 male and female students run by 28 teachers. This is a remote area school with most of them coming from low income family background which can’t afford to buy a sports equipment. Some of them had to stay boarding in school hostel due to school distance and family low affordability to fund their education.

Comprehensive education and and high-quality learning environment always become priority for this school. The school also very active in co-curriculum especially sports such as hockey, athletics, football and cultural activities.

Seeing the efforts of the teachers to produce excellent students in all fields with their disadvantages made us working together and put an effort to help them.

Your donation will be spent on co-curriculum equipment to assist the school in carrying out co-curriculum activities that will help the kids in this remote area of Marak Parak to have enjoyable learning and growth.

Who are we and what we do for this Charity Run?

16 hockey players and coach from Sabah between 15 - 40 years old.

We runs for 10 days straight from 11th - 21st May 2020 while observing Ramadhan fasting which we can't eat or drink from dawn to sunset plus high humidity roasting hot or torrential rain with thunderstorm of Malaysia wet season weather.
