The playgroup has been running for over 42 years (dated back to records found) and forms part of the local community. It is based within the village hall which was formally the old school. During the past year there have been some changes made by the government making it harder to sustain and remain open. However the fantastic staff have pulled together and they have extended their opening hours and are currently in the process of been able to take older children in the school holidays. This has obviously come at a cost, not only do they have to pay the staff for longer hours in order to offer the new 30 hour funding but they also require more resources and storage.

A small donation towards this new exciting venture would make all the difference to the children and their parents/carers who access the setting now and in the future.
