Delroy Ellis, Founder and Project Manager of local Charity ‘Increase the Peace’ will completing a 13 mile skip from Cheltenham to Gloucester on Sunday 30th September to raise much needed funds for the Charity.

Increase the Peace is a non-profitable organisation, established in the heart of Gloucester. The Charity starts from a fundamental position of engaging with young people through its positive attitude, interactive activities and an environment where trust and respect is mutual. These are the core values of the Charity and all who access it.

Increase the Peace works in partnership with parents, carers, schools and other organisations, proving to be an invaluable asset to the Community. In more recent years, the Charity has responded to the frightening increase in knife-related crime within the City by offering support and guidance (to both victims and perpetrators) through Workshops and other mediums. With the surge in these incidents continuing and funding being cut, the Charity currently faces many challenges- but is more passionate than ever about their endeavours!

Increase the Peace is very shortly due to celebrate their 10th Birthday and plan to organise a special event to bring together the community and promote awareness. Any donations made will contribute towards the event and also the ongoing work of the Charity.
