Skip Catley an RAF Veteran of Broomfield Chelmsford is a customer of mine and came in today and announced he has had no hot water for 19 months (he is 84 years old) and has been badgering EON to help, he has been speaking numerous people at EON, they have now said he needs to find out where to get a water heater and that they will call him on the 27th for an update!! It's the 10th April 2018 today and he has to wait another 17 days before they consider anything else. He's very private and won't ask for help so I'm doing it for him! He was carrying a kettle up stairs for hot water but has now resorted to washing in cold water all due to EON, he also has no central heating and tries not to use his portable radiator to heat his house as the electricity is so expensive. All help or funds would be appreciated! His garage was also vandalised and burnt to the ground last year where he lost a car and war belongings with sentimental value. He was very upset but I can't accept that he is living without hot water. He doesn't want sympathy he doesn't even know I'm doing it and will probably be a bit annoyed but someone needs to help him.
