Helping the homeless is something I have always been passionate about. I have been volunteering my time cutting the hair of Manchester's homeless community for some time now. I do this by inviting people into my Skullfades Barber shop. You may have also seen me out and about on Manchester's streets.

We are passionate about giving back to the community and think that everyone out there can do their bit to help others less fortunate in our society.

The funds raised will be used to aid the homeless through various different projects. Skullfades Foundation have been assisting the homeless in different ways.
We give people a free service that will hopefully give people more pride in their appearance, offer them support and inspire them to engage with other support services to build a more positive life for themselves. We also have a winter appeal to give Manchester's homeless community more appropriate clothing and sleeping bags for the colder months.

Future plans will also see Skullfades Foundation offering a barber apprenticeship scheme to the right person. This will give someone with a desire to change their life a productive skill in order to develop a stable income.

Kind gestures really do make a massive difference to people.
The amount of people homeless in today's society is shocking.
