The charity we are fundraising for is FUN (Families United Network). This is part of out NCS social action plan.

Their mission

To provide children and young adults with any additional need or disability with the support and leisure opportunities that they need to further their personal and social development.

To provide parent carers and siblings with the support, information and guidance that they need to support them in their role as care givers.

Their vision

To create an accepting and supportive community in which children, young people and families living with disabilities can feel fully included and valued – where everyone, regardless of ability, can flourish and achieve their full potential.

We want to help this charity because it is close to some of our groups hearts. Also we think that this charity doesn't get enough recognition for the work it does for multiple different families. Our aim is to raise as much awareness as we can and use the money we raise to put towards new equipment and medical supplies for the disabled children they work with.
