Story

While on a run the landlord of The Three Merry Lads pub fell down into a gorge and broke both the bones in his leg. He just managed to switch on an SOS beacon on his watch and call his partner to tell her what happened and to call the emergency services before passing out. Because of the swift response of the edale mountain rescue they got him to the hospital just in time to save his leg. Two years down the line the staff of Three Merry Lads have decided to do some charity events (including an 80’s night on the 21st july at 9:00pm at The Three Merry Lads) and three members of staff (Oliver, Charlotte and Madeleine) will be doing a sponsored sky dive later in the year in order to show the appreciation the staff have to edale mountain rescue.
