    Story

In the summer of 2018, I will be going to Salem, India to volunteer at the India Christian Mission Centre (ICMC) with a team of people. Whilst there, I will help teach English, organize activities and even help with projects to improve the site itself.
With around 7% of India's population being orphans, ICMC and the care it provides for the 800 plus children living there is important for so many, as it brings hope and happiness through the strong Christian values they uphold. As a young adult, I am so lucky to be able to go to school and have an education, and ICMC aims to bring that privilege to all of the children that are in its care by providing an education to all. The money that is raised through this page will go towards new equipment and food so that more children may benefit from all that this wonderful place has to offer.
