We are partnering up with the amazing Good Good Graffiti to shed light on mission to '86 The silence' through art! Shawn will be creating multiple pieces of art in the centre of Manchester that shed a light on our mission and the 'state of our trade'. The spaces have been gifted to us by hospitality business owners who want to help us 86 the silence.

We are looking to raise money to support our cause and support a local artist in the process with your help.

So Lets Talk is a not-for-profit platform. We exist to provide education, events, training, and activities on all aspects of mental, physical, and financial health inside of the hospitality industry.

Working with hospitality focused individuals, businesses, groups, and organisations along with renowned experts from the fields of health, nutrition, exercise and beyond, we develop bespoke solutions for the specific needs of those who operate in or with the hospitality industry.

WHY?!

The hospitality industry is, by a number of metrics, an unhealthy place for its workers.

• Highest rates of drug abuse of any industry.

• 3rd highest rates of alcohol abuse of any industry.

• Bartenders are the most likely workers to die from alcohol related disease.

• Servers are the 2nd unhappiest workers.

• One of the most sleep deprived industries.

• 1/2 of workers suffering from mental health issues.
