In March 2020, I embarked on a virtual, weekly Mindful walk to support my own mental and emotional health as we entered our first lockdown. I reached people from all over the world with just a little video of my experiences, to which I also involved them in taking time to be mindful with nature each week. This year i'm more inspired and motivated to reach even further with a bigger team and a bigger audience. My aim is to create a safe online space where individuals can access tools and resources as a small step to promoting their own positive mental wellbeing.
Thursdays and Fridays there will be wellbeing workshops live within the group from an array of experts. Saturdays and Sundays there will be live interviews with professionals and individuals whom have a story that may help you with the challenges you face.
I myself Louise Winstanley, Healer and Therapeutic Leader will be taking the front seat introducing, interviewing and demonstrating my own mindfulness and healing workshops with you.
It's all free with hours and hours worth of support, advice and information for everyone to tap into. All I ask is that you donate a little of what you can spare to support our chosen mental health charity SANE
