Smart 1 are swapping recruitment for running to support local charity UP Foundation

The UP Foundation was founded in 2015 and since their work started they have helped over 100 young people from 12 different nationalities by providing activities to move them away from anti-social behaviours and give them valuable skills such as teamwork.

Smart 1 Recruitment have a vision to be the best local recruitment agency but we don't just want to make a difference to the job hunters and employers - we want to extend our vision and help more of the local community. This is why we are taking part in the Birmingham Fun Run supporting The UP Foundation by helping raise funds and awareness.
