We have the blessing of the family to share what has been a life changing event and we hope once you have read and understood the situation you can see how you can make a difference and help them. On Saturday 17th August our friends Nikki and Paul got the news no parent ever wants to receive, which was the Police advising their teenage son Cole has been involved in a road traffic accident.

At present Cole is in Intensive Care after suffering serious head trauma resulting in emergency surgery and medical staff now having him in an induced coma doing all they can to help him. Understandably Nikki, Paul and his brothers have not left Cole’s bedside hoping and praying for any positive changes in their boy.

They are both obviously unable to attend work at the moment and on a reduced income. This will nowhere near cover their financial responsibilities let alone travelling to and from the hospital and any care needs Cole may need in the future. Both Nikki and Paul are heavily involved in the footballing community and anyone who knows them know they would be the first couple to help and support especially when children are involved.

We appreciate and are mindful that times are challenging for everyone but if anyone is able and willing to donate to support the family in this heartbreaking time we know it would be so humbling and appreciated by them. It would help lift the additional financial stress not to mention support Cole with the challenging road ahead of him.
