Shitima School provides education, housing and a strong, supportive environment to orphans, former street kids and other children who would otherwise be living in terrible poverty and deep deprivation. Like many schools in Zambia, Shitima is extremely under-resourced and the 542 students there have very few possessions of their own; lacking basic things we all take for granted like a pair of socks or a pen. I hope to be able to take a pair of socks for each student, stationery and some basketballs.
