I'm trekking to Everest Base Camp to raise funds for North Norfolk Surf lifesaving club (NNSLSC). Around 130km of hiking, with 2,893m of ascent, reaching 5,545m.

NNSLSC is a not for profit organisation, run by volunteers, completely relying on fundraising, grants, donations and sponsorship from the public and business to supply its members with up to date training and equipment.

The club helps to train lifesavers and lifeguards as well as bringing together a community of people with a mutual love of sport and the ocean. It has supported many people through the years including myself which is why I now want to help give back!
