recently they went through eviction and had to give all there saving to the bank in order to keep a roof on top of their heads.

Her father is the only one who is the bread maker and has suffered a heart attack due to the stress- her little sisters are younger and right now can not work as they are to young and with her health She can not work.

She has not told the in laws as it would be a shame to her family. Her father has worked all his to do his daughters wedding and with this happening he has now got ill.

The girl has even tried to work but due to her health doesn't allow her to work. She has tried to see way and Is considering to end the rishta talks due to the situation

Every father wishes for her daughter to leave her home and enter her home with respect and honour and not laughed on by society.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: If there was a person who can earn enough for food, drink and shelter, but he needs to get married and he cannot afford to get married, is it permissible to give him zakaah funds so that he can get married? The answer is yes, it is permissible to give him zakaah funds so that he can get married and give a full mahr. If it is said: How come it is permissible to give zakaah funds to a poor person so he can get married even if what is given to him is a large amount? We say: Because a person’s need for marriage is a real need, and in some cases it may be like his need for food and drink. Hence the scholars said: If a person is obliged to spend on someone, he should arrange that persong to raise money
