Christmas can be a wonderful but also difficult time of the year, being with and remembering loved ones.
I wrote a Christmas song last year and I am releasing it to help raise money for the Alzheimers Society. It's a charity I care a lot about.
My Grandmother Eva suffered from dementia and I am so thankful to the nurses and care workers who helped make her and my families lives that little bit easier.
Because of this I want to raise money to help them continue to do their amazing work and continue in the fight against Alzheimer's.

Anything you can give will be added to a collection taken at a gig in Belfast on 14th December and sales of the song elsewhere online.
