I've raised £500 to raise money towards some much needed therapy for a close friends special little girl Neve. Neve has several serious neurological conditions.

On 9th September me and my sister, Nina will be runnning the Great North Run (GNR) for a very special little girl, Neve. Neve has several very serious neurological conditions (Microcephaly, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome and Hypotonia) none of which can be cured and most cannot be treated with conventional medicine or NHS treatment. All of these conditions have left Neve with significant delay in all areas of her development.
The therapy programme being used to treat Neve is designed by an American organisation who only vist the UK twice a year. In 2017 the therapy team were able to meet Neve and give her a bespoke therapy programme. This is having a HUGE impact on Neves quality of life - she is stronger and healthier than ever.
We are running the GNR to raise enough money to give Neve every opportunity to access all the parts of her brain and progress to her full potential. For most of us this is something we take for granted with our own children. Please help us make a difference to Neves life.......
Thank-you for your support and generosity Sophie & Nina xxx
