I am Sophie a transgender lady and for as long as i could remember i new what reflection i sore in the mirror was not the true person inside. After many years living my life as a lie and feeling so depressed i have finally decided i need to live my life true and the woman i should have been. I am registered disabled due to three lots of back surgery, my option is not for normal implants but implants called  B-Lite implants, they over 30% lighter than standard implants.
These are only offered by one surgeon in the uk which is the London transgender surgery, by Dr Christopher Inglefield BSc, MBBS. Unfortunately they are on average £6500 compared to standard implants.

Its a huge thing asking for help but this is my only option to obtain the special implants.
