Sport is seen as one of the biggest single ways to positively influence the well being of children. Cornwall is one of the only counties in the UK without a professional football club. The absence of such a club has had far reaching effects. Over time, the severe lack of knowledge and expertise that fails to filter into the local community leads to poorly run clubs and sub par coaching standards available for kids, leaving them lacking ambition or the even the opportunity to develop. The sports men and women, the coaches, managers, referees and everyone involved at the grassroots level are doing their best, but working without somebody setting the standards and raising the bar is like trying to ice skate uphill. The Endorsed Academy was founded with the single aim of raising the standards of football and sports coaching across the county of Cornwall.

We’re proud to say that in our initial months, we’ve made a big splash. We’ve hired professional coaches, new coaching programmes have kicked off and our competitors development centres and football clubs have had to up their game to retain their players already! It's working! We’re totally dedicated to ensuring that Cornwall’s kids are given the best sporting foundation to succeed. We have unique opportunity to positively improve the future of many thousands of children and with your support we can enable them to reach their full potential.

We are going to develop the club into the highest performing, best run academy in Cornwall working with local football club Mousehole AFC. We are doing this by building a sustainable commercial model, an incredibly well run Committee, engaging the community and supporters and this will be fuelled by the development of our own talent from our New Academy and Elite Programme, which has been designed and built in partnership wth Nike, Endorsed.com.
