Hello! I am doing a bike ride in September from Glasgow to Edinburgh, hoping to raise funds for the Broomhouse Centre.

It is a fab organisation helping all aspects of the community in one of the more deprived areas of Edinburgh. I am currently involved in the youth befriending program, supporting the sweetest little girl who is affected her parents drug and alcohol abuse.

Recently the goal has been to build a new centre, the old one not having the space to support all of the individuals in all of the progams. Funding has been secured to sign the contract and get started with the new building, but more funds are required to continue the project, especially to build a garden that will be a safe space for very young children and elderly members with dementia to safely spend time outside. Any contribution will be so gratefully receieved and well used. The Broomhouse Centre does such great things for the most vulnerable members of Edinburgh's community, they really deserve all the support they can get!
