Hello everyone,

On the 11th July 2021, I will be running in the Ilkley Half Marathon. To raise money for the Melanoma Research Foundation.

On a personal level I want to support this cause as my eldest sister developed stage 1 melanoma 5 years ago, and due to an early diagnosis is still sat here today.

However, in December 2020, we tragically lost Flav, my dear friend and colleague to melanoma skin cancer. Who I met two and a half years ago working at Daniels Cafe in Ilkley.

This is a physical challenge that's I'm rigorously training for and one that I'm committed to complete for the cause.
