please help me help my mum i am 16 and suffer from yhe rarest termjnal illness ans always being there for me laying for treatment no matter the cost she has been my everything anc Recently due to my mum Now falling ill are struggling financially and my mum has just found out that she needs to oay £10000 to have her teeth fixed as she was recenrly in a incident where her mouth was damaged there is no alternative she has to find the money i know many people may read this and think thats not important but for me helping my mun after eveything shes done is the least i can so wveryone knows how a smile can effect someomes outlook on life as they may constanly feel like they cant smile and i dont wanr amyone to feel like that so please help me help her
