I've raised £500 to to Stop Oxford's Sprawl and save our Green Belt from needless development

Kidlington Development Watch urgently needs more fighting funds. Cherwell District Council have extended the the Local Plan Consultation to the 10th October. Our Campaign to Stop Oxford's Sprawl needs to run for an extra six weeks.
We've put the money raised in our first appeal to good use. Nearly every home in Kidlington has received our flyers and 'how to object' postcards. We've got posters and advertising boards in local shops and placed adverts in the local Advertiser. We've been on Kidlington Market every Saturday morning getting the word out.
Kidlington Parish Council is hosting a public meeting at 7:30pm, Thursday 21st September, at Exeter Hall. However, advertising this important public meeting has mostly been left to KDW. We urgently need to print posters and flyers to help spread the message. Taking a longer view, we may seek professional or legal advice.
We want to make sure everyone knows about the plan to allow Oxford City to swallow the Green Belt. Cherwell's proposals would turn North Oxford, Cutteslowe, Wolvercote, Yarnton, Begbroke, Kidlington, Gosford and Water Eaton into one vast urban sprawl. Let's get the word out and see if we can break the record for public objections to a local plan !
