Story

In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, SoundmindsUK invites you to take part in an unforgettable challenge — a skydive to raise awareness and vital funds for young people's mental health.

This adrenaline-fueled experience will not only be a personal milestone, but a public statement of support for young people struggling with their mental health. Every pound raised will go directly back into our workshops, therapy sessions, and preventative education programmes — providing critical support and early intervention for youth who need it most.

Why We're Jumping:

Mental health challenges among young people are rising. At SoundmindsUK, we run regular sessions supporting young people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. We also work to prevent future mental health crisis through workshops and school-based education on emotional resilience and wellbeing.

Your Contribution Will:

- Expand access to therapy and support sessions

- Reach more young people through school and community programs

- Train more mentors and facilitators to support youth mental health
