Well three days in and really tough! 38.3 miles but 4,500 ft ascents. Tomorrow also tough. Battling with body but mostly psychology to believe can actually complete this. Learning daily so chemo drug now taking at night as cant live with it in daytime when walking. Your support has been amazing and that will I am sure keep me going. Lets hope by the end of the weekend we will have exceeded £6,000.

Harriet, Felicity and I are here in Toddington with last minute planning in detail before leave at 6-00am tomorrow with 3 hour drive to the Hafren Forest, near Plynlimon. Tomorrow is 12.5 miles but over 400 metres ascent A challenging start. We are delighted with all of your support; there may be others in yur networks that would be interested!
