We have been given the opportunity to visit South Africa and work alongside the Goedgedacht Trust. The trust works to combat years of poverty in South Africa, providing young children with opportunities to learn new skills, enabling them to live a better and more stable life. Part of the trust's work involves running POP centres (Path out of poverty) in which children can receive one hot meal a day. They also provide a safe place in which children can gain communitive and educational experience. During our time in South Africa, we will be working in the Olive groves on the farm. In the evenings, we will be visiting the POP centres where we will build relations with the children by providing them with new experiences.

The money we will hopefully raise will help us to embark on this amazing journey, allowing us to try to make a difference.
