Southampton Buddhist Centre is an old pub that was recently renovated to become a beautiful centre for practising meditation and changing people's lives through generosity, love, kindness and compassion. The Centre is the busy, diverse area of St Marys in Southampton and we hope it will be of great benefit to the community. It has taken lots of effort, money and time to transform this Centre, so I would like to raise some money to help support this process, as we begin to offer classes and courses to anyone who would like to come along.

I will be walking 26 miles in one day (eeek!) between Salisbury and Winchester Cathedrals (on the Clarendon Way) on Thurs 26th October to raise this money. Please give generously
