Story

Frame Football is a version of association football intended for children who use a Rollator or similar orthopaedic walking frame. Frame Football is new in Scotland with similar versions of the sport played all over. As we are developing the game in Scotland we are getting fantastic support from the SFA and qualified coaches to make sure our kids are safe and enjoy the Scottish version of Frame Football.

The aim is simple: to get the kids involved in sport and to let them have fun while they do it. To achieve that we’ve enlisted the help of the Scottish FA who were kind enough to lend us support. They put us in touch with Partick Thistle FC who showed so much enthusiasm for what we were trying to achieve. Thanks to them we have two coaches who oversee the sessions in Glasgow. Not only are they great coaches but they have a real affinity for the children and obviously enjoy what they’re doing. We’re very lucky to have them.
