Imagine a place where girls can feel truly at home playing affordable and accessible football. That's what we're striving to create at the Southwark Jaguars, and we need your help to bring this vision to life.

Our Ambition

The Southwark Jaguars are the newest Girls’ Football Team to come to the London borough of Southwark.

The Jaguars ambition is to make football affordable and accessible for all girls while also placing diversity at the heart of everything we do.

Our Story

The Jaguars have only been in operation since June 2023 and already we have seen a buzz being created around the fact that we will be offering opportunities for young girls to play football in their local community which is also one of the most deprived and economically challenging parts of the borough of Southwark.

We feel that our targeted girls football programme will allow us to contribute to the needs of the local community in several ways.

Season 23/24:

- 44 Girls registered across three teams (U9, U10 & U11)

- 80% of girls from BAME backgrounds

- Over 30% of girls are Muslim

24/25 Plan

We each year that passes we want to grow as a club but also as a community that both girls and their parents can come to for support in providing opportunities.

- Double the amount of girls registered to over 80

- Have two teams in U9, U10, U11 ages groups. Plus one team at U12's

- To freeze our registration price and keep it as the lowest in the league

Why We Need Your Support

Finding girls that want to play football is just the beginning. We need your help to make it affordable for them to play.

What Your Donation Will Do?

- £25 funds the hire of one-hour at our weekly training sessions.

- £50 funds the hire of half a pitch at our training venue.

- £180 funds the registration for a player for the season.

- £500 funds kit that girls can feel comfortable wearing.

- £1,000 allows offer FREE registration for all players. Providing them with kit, weekly training sessions and matches on a Sunday.

Your donation will help us support more girls, increase activity levels, provide a safe space, and offer positive environment for them to succeed.

Every contribution brings us closer to girls feeling comfortable in being physically activity.
