Nadine herself suffered sexual assault and domestic violence. After battling from severe mental health and low self worth she attempted suicide after reaching rock bottom. She sought solice in the outdoors and slowly started to rebuild on her life and focused on seeking positve motivators through nature. The Speak Out Bravely campaign seeks to help other abuse survivors reconnect with the outdoors, building self worth and developing positve coping mechansims.
