Hi everyone,

As most of you know, in 2016 our little boy was born prematurely weighing only 590grams , 1.2lb and was extremely poorly. in Russell Hall where he was born, we were transferred to New Cross hospital neonatal intensive care unit. Freddie was cared for by some amazing nurses and doctors. They didn’t just look after him they looked after us too. They provided a room for us sleep in and hours of support to help us through that tough time. Sadly, after 3 days Freddie couldn’t fight no longer and we had to make an extremely tough decision which no parent should ever have to make.

We will be putting on a charity event in his memory to raise funds for the neonatal care unit again.

Our last charity was a huge success and we raised £3000 after myself and two very good friends walked Snowdon and an amazing charity night at Dudley ex servicemen’s with the help and support of Nicci Sutton (who is amazing with every event that’s done there).

19th May 2026, it will be 10 Years since Freddie was born and we’d like to do it all again and raise funds for New Cross neonatal care. Me, Phil Coleman, Mikki Kazmi Christopher kemmings and Harry Poole will be walking up Snowdon on the 12th April 2025 as a way of raising money We would be extremely grateful of any cash donations or anything that we could raffle / auction off, lf you wish to donate a bottle for the raffle or any items we could use for the raffle please don’t hesitate to contact us .
