I've raised £300 to Help raise money for Southmead NICU in recognition of the amazing work that the Staff carry out daily.

Late last year I spent quite a lot of time at Southmead NICU when our daughter arrived. I was surprised to see just how hard the staff work day in day out, so selflessly and tirelessly, to give these little lives the best possible chance of being part of our world.
I want to raise as much money as I can for NICU in the hope that whatever I manage to raise not only goes some way to saying thank you, but also in the knowledge that whatever is raised will be put to good use. Whether it is clothing for the many tiny babies who are cared for daily or even a new breast pump for the many mothers who are there willing these little soldiers on. Whatever we manage to raise will be gratefully received.
To do this I will be running the Bristol Half Marathon on 23rd September and aim to complete in under 1 hour & 45 minutes. This is something I've never done so it will be a challenge for me and I promise to give it everything I've got, in return I'd be grateful for any donation no matter how big or small.
Thanks for taking the time to read, and please feel free to share so that others can get involved.
Many Thanks - Spencer
